Pike will readily take anything in your tackle box, from topwaters to bottom crawlers and everything in between. Crappie will also take a variety of lures but, of course, you're talking different size fish and different size lures. You're certainly not going to target crappies with pike-sized lures, but don't be surprised if they hit them here and there and don't be surprised if the pike hit some crappie-sized lures. And don't be surprised if you get pike biteoffs if you're not using a metal leader.

northern and bass- Mepps #3 french spinner, a couple of rapalas, daredevil spoons, any spinner baits.

panfish, crappie- hook and bopper w/ live bait, small 1" twister tails 24" under a bobber and retrieve slow.

Just kind of work it from there.  As was said, many topics here on lures and techniques.  Do a search here in the forum.  You'll find tons.

If  you know the fish are there, you'll figure out how to drag 'em out.  Goodluck.
