KVD 'whacked 'em' today and leads the last postseason tournament going into the final day and could quite possibly ****** the AOY title away from Skeet Reese for the 2nd year in a row.

Skeet's in 2nd for the tournament, about 3# behind KVD but in the point standings KVD is still 2 points behind Skeet. Aaron Martens is in the mix too, he has a decent shot at AOY. I bet Skeet doesn't get one minute of sleep tonight. Making up 3# on KVD is not an easy accomplishment but even if KVD does win the tournament, as long as Skeet finishes 2nd or 3rd he'll win AOY.

This has been an extremely interesting year.  I would imagine that you are correct in that Skeet isn't sleeping too well right now.  I don't really have a main favorite angler but I hope Skeet takes this.  He has had an amazing season.  It would also be pretty amazing for KVD to grab this.  He started off rough but he is considered the best for a reason. 

Tomorrow is going to be interesting.  I look forward to following it. 

one little correction, if KVD wins skeet must finish 2nd to win AOY. Today should be interesting.

6 top five finishes and 2 wins during the regular season and he may not win AOY, wow!  Has to be alot of pressure on Skeet, hope he pulls it off.

Well i thought i was going to get to go but unfortunately 10 month old baby clothes shopping comes first    But my buddy was up there for the take-off today.  He said it was awesome.  said kvd put his little boy in the boat and let him hold his rods and take a pic.  he said they were in shaking distance with the pros and got to talk fishing with Russ Lane.  I am hoping Russ gave him some pointers on some sweet spots at Jordan  ;D  We could really use it.
