Featured Replies

Do I really have to jion a club to fish a bass tournement? The reason I dfont want to jion a club is because I work second shift and they would conflict witrh each other.

You'll have to see what's happening in the area you live. There are open tournys, charity tourneys, etc. Find out what the club requires. Many times they just want dues, an entry fee, and nothing else.

no you dont.  if you have the money and skill, then you could always do flw or bass tournaments.

You can fish the FED without a club. You will still have to pay dues. If your subscribed to BASS you can fish opens but they are insanely competitive and expensive..

in some states you can fish the federation and not in a club in some you cant, but look around and you can find plenty of stuff to fish.

If your lakes are like ours here you can pick and choose from at least a dozen different tournaments every weekend of the year. you don't need a club.

Yea, Washington is a state where you have to be a club member to fish the federation.

I was not aware of that. Im in NY and I am in a club but I am pretty sure you do not have to be in a club here to fish the Fed trail..
