To help you can be sure to look profesional by capitalizing the beginning of sentences, capitalizing "I", and proofreading your message you might realize you misspelled sponsor.

You should take what these nice people are telling you to heart.  It is called respect, which you did not display in your last post.  

Let's begin with, how old are you?  What can you offer a potential sponsor at your age?  What are you looking to get from the potential sponsor, ie...money, product..what?

You should also make sure you can spell some of the easier words before you submit a request of any kind, to a sponsor of your choice.  

If you are serious about it, maybe Mr. JT Bagwell can give you some pointers on how to go about it.  Just ask nicely, cause he is full of good information.
