crookedcreek tackle WHAT A JOKE!!!!!

Featured Replies

I saw a post in this forum about two weeks ago about crookedcreek tackle. The post said something like "I tried to get info on the baits and all I got back was info about a pro staff application. Well, I'm supposedly a pro staff member and Virgil (owner) has not return any of my emails or phone calls. I'm guess I'm supposed to get his baits in tackle shops in my area ,but he can't even return an email or phone call. Virgil you are a joke!  I see in this forum people write  all the time that anglers want something for nothing. This is a case of a tackle owner wanting something for nothing. You will never get a dime from me or anyone I know.

i cant get any info either

If you are supposedly a pro-staff member, I do have have to ask why you would join a pro-staff representing a product that you have never used or you do not even know where to get? To me being on a pro-staff means representing a company that you have used and stand behind.  I don't know but those are my thoughts.

Everytime I see a post that says you should know the product and use it makes me laugh. Look at NASCAR do you think that they use and strongly believe in every product that is plastered all over the car. NO. The company is paying for that.I remember seeing a car sponsored by Labor Ready. Now do you really think that team owner got his workers from Labor Ready.  I never misrepresented myself to crooked creek. He knew I ran a small club and thought I could help drum up some business for him. I was going to get my baits at wholesale price, so he was going to make money on me also. I was going to get break on the price.

If you have an issue with a company, this is NOT the place to resolve them.  Airing your grievances in a public forum is passive-aggressive at best, and rarely ends with positive results.  You need to contact them directly and work it out privately.

In addition, I will not allow BassResource.com to be used as a soapbox.
