eastkybass
We were setting at dinner tonight and he looked at me and asked when we were going to go fishing. I told him that it was to cold and that alot of the lakes had ice on them. He said that we could just walk on the ice and still go. I didn't know if I should laugh or cry at this comment

Super User roadwarrior Posted February 22, 2007 Super User Share Posted February 22, 2007 Get a practice lure or just use a weight and go outside to practice casting. It doesn't matter if it's cold or not. Whether it's ten minutes or an hour, it's time well spent! 8-)

John J.
I'd be proud too! I wish I had a father like you who always liked to go fishing...I am the only one in the family (besides my mother every now and then) who likes bass fishing...My father likes catfishing the lazy man way. (Casting a sinker/hook with bait and lean the rod against the boat and when the pole bends he fights the fish)
