yesterday i was fishing at a small farm pond with the bass brothers and i was fishing topwater with this really odd kind of buzzbait.  i was fishing along side NJ jedd bassboi 56 and i was telling him how i hated this lure.  All i got out was "This lure suc....." when wham a nice hit.  I set the hook like a little girl (very bad hookset).  As i was fighting the fish in jedd and i did not think it was that big but then started taking drag like no other.  The fish then jumped and jedd and i started screaming like a bunch of girls.  Jedd threw down his rod and ran to my side and he did a great job lipping the fish.  We weighed it and i came out to 6 lbs even.  My best fish yet.  We did get pictures so i will try to get them up soon.
