its been awhile since i caught anything keeper size.  got this one tonight on a watermelon red brush hog.  it is a special catch for me.  first bass on the rod i just finished building this past weekend, my first rod build too!!

Atta boy, back at it again I see.  That is a sweet rod you and Fletch built BTW.  I never got a chance to comment on your thread, I love the cork rings he uses.

Jimzee is right, the rod is sweet... you just have a little touch up to do on the finish!   ;)

thanks, that little bridge you see in the background leads to a small island, maybe 15 feet round.  this tank is tiny,from that island i can literally cast onto the shore on the opposite side in all directions.  it dosent hold alot of fish but usually decent sized ones.  my PB came from that tank(my avatar pic).
