WOW that thing is HUGE!

DDDAAAMMMNNN!!!!! That's how you do it! I've caught all my PB'd with live Bluegills. I love using them but it takes forever sometimes to round up a bucket of about six. How do you catch them?

i've got permission to fish a pond that is absolutely full of gills.  every cast in there you get one within seconds.  i just use my little ultralight rig.  when i've got enough i take 'em bassin'.  i keep 'em alive in a huge tub of water in the back of my truck.

that thing is a freaking alligator

how do you rig a live bluegill for fishing? anyone know if you can use them in Minnesota?

oh, and awesome fish man, that thing is huge.

typically i rig 'em nose hooked.  every once in a while tail or back  hooked.   5/0 - 6/0 hook.   when i'm bed fishing, i use enough weight to keep 'em on the bed.  otherwise, i just free line 'em and let 'em swim with no weight or float.  sorry but i don't have any idea about minnesota regs.
