This fish is no where near 24 inches.

Agreed. As I said I'm 6'1" tall and from the sole of my foot to the top of my knee is 20.5 inches and unless Gannoli is 6' 5" his lower leg isn't 24" either.  

i wasnt saying the fish was 24" i was just making a size reference. and yes my knee is not exactly 24" i just rounded up
