This counts as a bass, right?

Featured Replies

Hi all, ill keep it short and sweet. I went out with a family friend striper fishing a week or so ago on the north shore of MA. We did about 4 hours of fishing due to time, (spanning over 2 days). We started out with 2 keepers on day 1 (shown below, 40", and a 38"). Day 2 was good for 7 keepers, all caught within 40 minutes or so (ranging from 36" - 30").

Every time i go out with this family friend, he always puts us on good fish, but this time was extra exciting! I have to admit, this big boy really pulled some drag on the initial hit!
