Well seems like the Summer Heat wave is coming to an end. Bdog4x4 and I, went out fishing the local lake. We fished for  two and a half hours in non stop rain. We ended up nailing 18 fish total between 1 and 4 pounds. The bait of choice was black on black buzzbaits, and T- rigged  senkos. Fall fishing is Heating up.

Don't worry dave, the fishing has started to pick up here so it should start to pick up towards saint mary's county soon.  it might take a week or two though but it will be worth the wait.

Believe me fishing has been terrible here too.. I have only caught 4 LMB from July - September. Mostly all dinks too. Today is the first day where it seemed the Bass were back in action. I will send you some Mojo, but you gotta take the rain too.

WTG JHawk and 4X4, I like fishing rain too as long as there isn't lightening with it. The fish don't get any wetter and trashbags rule....they're cheap, you can pack'em in your pocket, chunk'em when your done and keep on fishin'.

Anyone that says they haven't wore a trash bag hasn't fished much

I went fishing this morning in a steady rain. After a long slow summer I caught six real nice fish. I have been smiling all day.

love the 50 gallon black bags, they keep you warm enough in florida too.
