Bite was on fire this morning, but it was crowded, so I laid back and rapped with a flyboy.  Didn't make 1 cast and didn't see a fish less than 10# come in.

That there is the perfect eating size. We're BB'Qing for the wife's birthday today and that Snook would have topped the cake.

What time were you out there?  What was the tide and bait selection?

That was maybe an inch under slot.

I had a very hot week and several cudas on very light tackle, you know what I use.

Those snook were caught on the small jetty and it has been mobbed that last few days at sunrise & last of the outgoing(lot of fish boiling) as snook season ends tonight.

I was using a large windcheater and couldn't keep them off the lure, but things change, the last 2 days they hit nothing but live bait and wouldn't look at a lure.
