Was up at Curlew for 4 days.  I caught over 100 LM bass and had 3 Tiger Musky on.  Great weekend.  DT-4's in bait fish patterns were a good producer.  Tried out my new Compre crank rod and curado201dpv.  Excellent combo!

Had the girlfriend fishing with my cheaper setup.  Shimano scimitar and a quantum incyte spinning reel.  Had her rigged with a 4" single tail curly grub and a 1/8 oz tungsten screw in worm weight.  She caught her first bass, as well as her 2nd, 3rd, 15th 16th etc...  All the fish were under 10" but they were biting fast and hard and kept 4 of us entertained for days.  At one point my dad had 15 bass in 15 casts.

Can't wait to go back.  Girlfriend is begging me to buy a boat now so her and I can go fishing together.  Love getting the OK for new toys!  Anyone got a 18' tracker bass boat for sale in WA? ;D

They're actually board shorts  I always fish in board shorts, flip flops, and a cutoff T shirt.  Allows me to get wet and not care.

I'm really proud of her.  As the night went on she started to remove the fish from her own hook without me doing it, and I taught her to re rig her grub so she was 100% self sufficient by the end of the night
