this is the other side of every great lake. the lake had risen over 3 feet in the 4 days prior to us fishing. a small stain in the water. storm fronts going through. we cranked the sames spots that gave up big time before. nothing. started fishing with the fishfinder. cranked deep water. nothing. dropshot fish in the fishfinder. nope. we could see the fish, but the werent biting.

i finaly boated a fish on a shaky head in about 22' of water. the up size is the fish was the biggest smallie ive ever caught.

in all 2 other fish were caught, a drum and a good sized cat.

Nice fish.Congrats on the new PB smallie.I have yet to catch a smallie.
