i saw this man fishing he had a 1/8th ounce bitsy bug jig and a 7inc worm as a trailer what does that immittate

I was at BassPro a few weeks ago in Alabama and some pro, didn't even know who he was, was doing a tank demo and was going on and on about a jig with a finesse worm as a trailer. Even he said he didn't know what the fish thought it was but it caught him fish.

ive used worms as jig trailers but id use a jig with a larger hook.

to them i think it looks like something feeding off the bottom that would make an easy meal. i dont think there are many things that bass wont eat if theyre the right size other than lures theyve seen alot of. i dont think the jig and worm is something alot of bass are conditioned to. try it when they stop hitting the jig/pig or t-rigged worm.

It's something new that they haven't seen. Haven't tried it, but wouldn't be surprised if it caught bass. You never know, could be the next hottest technique.
