The fish weren't biting but we still got a mess. We forced em

in the boat with chatter baits. Not my favorite way to getem but you take what you can get. The water is still very cold.

The temperature last night  was 31 but things are picking up fast.

    Just reel them in fast. Just under the surface ,like a buzzbait.
