Well the rain has let up so Im goin out in the back yard and practice pitching. Lord knows i need it. Think ill put some targets at different distances.

Good for you! I still practice I have now gotten to the point where I can pitch with either hand.

as soon as the ice comes off the ponds im going to go out....even thought i prob. wont catch anything, i can get alot of practice at real targets

I'm with you "ohiobassman", as soon as the ice melts i am there.  Sounds like the next couple of days will be in the 60's so maybe Sat. I can go wet the line.

Practice throwing jigs into a teacup at about 30ft. That is how I learned to flip. I recently won a little side contest against 2 BASS pros doing it. Free cold beer is good! And it is on video!

60 degrees, water release 47,000 cfs, cold beer and hungry fish. I think I'll practice this weekend on the Tennessee River!

I have Cabin fever only gone fishing 3 times this winter, next weekend i am going to the Chehailis river Sturgeon fishing. 3 people are going 2 are going sturgeon fishing and i am going bass fishing, YAHOOOOOOOOOOOOOO ;D

I always practice pitching  in my living room whic has a vaulted ceiling

Got up to 43 degrees last Thursday so I took off for the river for some stream bassing. The largemouth bit well considering the 40 degree water temps.  The strikes were strangely crisp! Got 23 bass, but just four smallies. Largest five would have pushed 15 lb. A good day full of solitude and decent fishing. A good warm up for next week's FLW on Toho.

snow is still on the ground here in michigan, all the winter tip ups are going in full swing, and i'm sittin here on this computer wondering why RW hasn't invited all of us down for the cold beer and fishing ;D

Well we could invite him up for some cold fish and beer...lol
