Im using a Shimano Symetree 2500 fj

Bass Pro IM6 7ft Graphite pole

10 lb triline berkley line

Are Jigs too heavy on this setup as its the only one i have at this time.

    No, you're fine up to about 1/2 oz + trailer.

    I guess i should also ask what would be the best setup for this pole ?

    I was thinking of working on JIGS and Spinnerbaits.... Or is there somthing else that would work better durring winter season?

    Jigs or crankbaits are pretty much the norm for cold weather, from what I've read. I tend to stay with soft plastics, T-rigged, or suspending crank like X Rap...
