Yo-Zuri's Hardcore Shads

I went out today with the intent to fish some jerkbaits. The lake I went to had been about 10 feet low all fall. When I got there the lake was full. I had these with me that I bought a few months ago but hadn't used. It was about all I had with me that would dive to any depth. They're floaters, and have a tight wobble. I started catching fish as soon as I started throwing them. A few small bass and some pickerel, the biggest about 2 1/2 lbs. Quite a productive lure on a day I wasn't expecting much at all.

Yo-Zuri Hardcore Shad SH-75 in gold/black and holo shad.

I know this is a bass board, and at times all I do is yap about walleye, but I have been wanting to add a few of these to my wally crankin' arsenal for some time.

I've had some success on these as well. I like the green back shad color.

These are about a $9 lure.  The detail on them is as good as any high-end japanese bait I've seen.   The hooks are excellent.  The action in the water looks very good.  They run true and have a very tight wobble.  The rattling seems fairly subtle.   I'm looking forward to trying them some more.

It's 36 right now, but it was a lot warmer this afternoon and the sun was nice and bright.   No wind at all.

Hello

The Yo-zuri lures works great. but not only the hardcore serie. Try Rhe Dino crank deep runner, the Crank N Shad, in deep water. Topwater Banana boat is my best walk the dog. Shallow water try the sinking crystal minnow with twiching.

It is the best kind hardbait we can buy here in Europe

I don't have any of those you listed.  But I do have some Rattln' Vides and some other lipless Hardcores.   My experience with Yo-Zuri lures has been very positive.  I hope to try more of them and will keep those you listed in mind.

I like the pin minnows as well.  Especially the smaller size for trout.

Micro, try the suspending hardcore shad 90 and 70, they work even better in cold temps.
