What is your favorite color of crankbait for clear, stained, and muddy water.

Clear Water: White, Clear, or Brown

Stained: Brown, Baby Bass

Muddy: Green with Blue Back

Clear water: Norman middle N in Sun/Smokey shad  

Stained water: Bagley B-2 in Crawfish/Chartreuse

Muddy water: Bagley B-2 in Black/Chartreuse

Muddy....Firetiger or RedCraw

Stained .....White or Citrus Shad

Clear.... Shad pattern

clear:  shad, chrome or bluegill patterns

stained:  browns, mostly craw paterns, reds (one in which the plastic is actually red, and not painted)

muddy:  dark with light belly colors (black with orange belly, or black with red fire tiger belly pattern, or straight dark colors.

I have many of the same pattens with and without rattles, but like everyone says, muddy water sees more action from a crank with rattles.

clear - ghost colors

stained - chartruese or white

muddy - firetiger

Clear: Brown, Ghost and Light Perch colors

Stained: Sour Grape, Chartuese

Muddy: Firetiger, Sour Grape, Hot Red Craw
