Large worms/ snakes

Featured Replies

Anyone know of a company that makes and sells worms and/or snakes larger than the Zoom Ol Monster or Culprit 10.5"? Floaters if possible.

Gene Larew makes the 11" .  I do not know of any floating worms that size.  I find it very easy to make my own with a soldering iron.  takes a minute and his easy.  I have found 18" at BPS, black only.  If you are interested in making a lunker bait, just ask, and i'll give you some pointers on making 16-18 inch worms.

Lunker City baits makes an 11" "Muscle Worm". It sinks slowly, so I'd guess it could be twitched at or near the top. Check them out at www.lunkercity.com

You can get 12-15" plastic eels for salt water fishing, they'd look like a big snake.....not sure if they float, though, and I've only seen them in stores around here, (MASS), don't know of a catalog source. Low Budget Hookers is a Rhode Island guy, he might have a salt water catalog source.

Hope this helps.

megabass makes a  13 inch Monster Worm , 3 to a pack for 10$, ive only seen, light green, brown and black but im sure theres more.

i make my own plastic worms and one that i make is about 12".  it costs about 0.90 for a bag of ten and i can make them whatever color i want.  its a lot of fun too.  you should defiantely look into it.
