When there is light at night, like now, I can fish jig and worms, especially paddletail worms and creature craws on jigs because the bass can see those as well as feel and hear their vibrations. But when it darkens and on cloudy nights I rely on noise makers like spinnerbaits for deep cruisers, using one Colorado blade, a tandem or quad bait for shallow, including at least one Colorado blade. I use topwater baits when they are surface fishing. The noise helps them find and target a bait better than a silent one that might be better fished by day.

LBH, I did the searches and, as always there is a wealth of info here at BassResource.com

Weather is still fairly cool (for Florida), but I'm going to stay out a little later and give some of these methods a try.
