Bass Pro Gift Card!!!!!!!

Featured Replies

Well guys i got an 75 dollar gift card to bass pro shop and have not a clue what to get i know i need baits but what could i get that would be good fro my money

What kind of baits do you want most?  Narrow it down to a category or two and we'll be glad to express our opinions   :D  Crankbait?  Topwater?  Spinnerbait?  Soft Plastic?  Jig?  Jerkbait?

What are your strengths? What do you have confidence in? I'd start with getting baits you have condifence in for different conditions. Then look for a new bait or two that you would like to learn to use. If you can be more specific like Cephkiller said, we'd be glad to offer more details offerings!  ;)

Regardless of what you get, you can get quite a bit with that much money.  Since you're kinda new to bassing, I'd try to pick up a variety.  First, pick a lure you'd like to learn how to use and get a couple like it  If you're goning to buy worms and other plastics, don't forget about hooks and weights.  I'd also pick up a spool of 10# braided line.  Finally, if there's anything left, check the "bargain bin".  You might find some treasures in there for a very low price.

My suggestion, and what I usually do with GC's is buy something that I either wouldn't buy with my own money or buy something that I felt was too expensive to buy with my own money.  The GC is free money, so use it for something that you wouldn't normally buy.
