I am  student in the chico oroville region of california and i am new to bass fishing. I was wondering if anyone new of any good places to go bass fishing in the chico redding and oroville area anything will be helpful thanks.

How far from Clear Lake are you?  There are several lakes in your region, check with a local tackle shop for recomendations as well.  They should be able to tell you where, when, and what to use.
