Best Scales

Featured Replies

I am in need of a new hand scale and don't know which one to get. I had a cheap Berkley that was very inaccurate but want something better. What do you guys use?

I purchased a Berkley lipgrip with built in scale last year for Musky, but I've been using it to weight my bass too, although I don't catch many worth waying.  It goes up to 30lbs and seems to be quite accurate.  It's the $50.00 ones.

Bogagrip

I had been using a Wally World spring scale that was off at times. I just bought a Berkley Digital Scale from there and it's within 2 ounces all the way up to 20 lbs (used hand weights).

I think anything you buy is subject to some abuse and therefore must be checked periodically for accuracy.

I tried all the digitals I could buy and wound up taking all of them back because of inconsistant readings.

I bought the Boga and haven't looked back.
