i like fighting fish but its the point right before you set the hook when you realize you have a bite I love watching the line move the anticipation is great plus most places i fish are small and i already know where the fish are

when my thumb is in the fishes mouth and i know its mine. a great hook set is nice but when the fish is mine and in the boat thats it for me.

 I seriously enjoy all 3 (don't think you'd really like fishing if you didn't). Voted for hook set, to feel the tapping or see the line move and not really know yet and THEN...

Definately the fight, i have paddled 4 miles in a kayak to handle the biggest spots and stripes in my area.

Finding for me, if I can't find them, I can't get them to hook and fight

Definitely the fight for me. Which I think is why I became addicted to fishing for smallmouth so quickly. ;D

Finding.

You can't know you've found them without the other 2 happening, unless you can see them.  I totally get off on finding a new deep structure and then finding it IS occupied.  I like following stuff out,deep in concentration, while mental imaging takes over what I can't see with my naked eye.  It's why I will never own a underwater camera.  That would just take all the fun out of it for me.  I'm happy watching a flasher all day.
