Would it be feasible to have a thread (sticky maybe?) where the links to previous "Elite" members could be located? I just think it would be easier to re-read them occasionally.....

Hopefully there is not already one in existence and my blind eyes are not able to see it.

It started in January this year and one person has been selected each month since then.

I think that's a great idea after reading the last one on Fisher of Men.  It's definately really cool that you guys are doing that now.  Plus it also gives us all a chance to relate to these guys we read about.

Does anyone have the links to the previous four?  I was just interested to see who else we have had up and check out their write ups.

What is the selection process?  

Do members nominate members?  

Does the administration make the selections?

The staff nominates a few members each month and we ultimately decide on one. Then the selected Elite member of the month gives a nomination of someone who he/she thinks should be given consideration in the future, then we start the nomination/voting process all over again.
