2 bass in one cast....

Featured Replies

Any good stories on 2 bass caught on the same cast?

Here's mine:  I was chasing shad in the main lake, about 60'deep, and here comes the bass, striper, and hybird bass all in the same school.  Biggest school Ive ever seen, the water turned black it was so big.  I had a jerkbait tied on, and tossed it, we must have caught 25-30 fish in 2 min, but the best cast was a 2.5 lb bass and a 1.5 lb striper on the same bait (trable hooks).  We lost the tourney by 2 oz...had a good time though!

Man, catching a fish every 4 seconds. Must be some kind of record.

Thats how I roll....

w/2 people in boat and a good school its possible...plus the story has to be stretched a bit just like any other "fish story"!

My uncle and I were fishing a farm pond one time from a small boat when he caught 2 small bass on a Baby 1- on one cast.  One on each treble hook.  I have a picture of it somewhere.

That would be a nice start early in the morning in a tournament.  Sure takes that getting skunked pressure off.
