Hey: Took your suggestions on fishing deep to shallow. Set up Parallel to a creek bed and dropped jigs to the deepest part and hopped them up, when They made it!

This proved very sucessful, but raised a question

The bass either smaked it down on the original drop, as close to center of the channel as possible, or 3 ft. higher just on the edge of the creek bed, WHY NO STRIKES IN BETWEEN?

Not very important, just wanted to know why?

My guess would be that the fish were suspending at that level. The 3ft higher is probably the depth they were suspending at so those fish were looking right at your bait and the ones in the middle were smacking it as it fell through them
