There are a lot more expensive jigs an they are made in China .Arkie is made in the USA an half the price . Has anyone tried the Arkies with luck ?

The Arkie head jig design is good choice for fishing grass, timber, or rock; these jigs are an excellent choice for anglers learning jigs. Wal-Mart sold the Rattle Band Flipping Jigs for years and I throw them back when I had to worry about cost.

I think in this age of high tech lures to much emphasis is placed on how much one pays for a lure when often times low tech lures will produce just as well.

Those are one of the 3 jig heads that I fish.  This year I am adding a 4th but the arkies are still in their boxes and will b used a lot.
