tough question

Featured Replies

i fish henderson lake in louisiana and we recently had a fish kill caused by the hurricanes. the fishing was descent but when the bass were about to begin spawning we got a lot of rain and the lake rose way above normal. the bass all moved into the woods im guessing because i cant catch a bite at all. will the bass wait for the water to lower before they begin spawning. also would any bass stay in deeper water? the water temp is around 60 degrees which is cold for this lake. any help would be appreciated. thanks

I haven't Henderson in years ;)

Bass that were on nets prior to the rising water level will remain on those nets and yes some bass will not move to the shore line.
