fluctuateing water level? how and will this play a roll in the spawn? the water i fish always fluctuats + or - 1' to 3'. today the water was about 2' above norm. I  allways wanted to know if this had somthing to do with it. the river line i live on is controled by several dams.

If the fluctuation is a normal part of the river system and takes place over a short time frame then the bass will simply spawn at a depth below the lowest normal level.
