Missing BPS rewards point mystery solved

Featured Replies

Back this winter I claimed that both a buddy and I were charged $10 worth of BPS reward points for Master Catalogs, because we both saw $10 "catalog deduction" on our statements. Well turns out we are idiots LOL, that $10 deduction is from when they sent us a $10 certificate in the mail for the rewards points, certificates which both of us failed to use by there expiration date and then the points are gone.

LOL Burly was right for once............

I was under the impression that a "Catalog Deduction" was when you used your points on a catalog order. If they expired, that might apply as well. Don't underestimate old Burley.

He's right a couple times a year.
