While I was in Iraq, I had my mail fowarded to my mother's house. Each month she sent me a care package and it always contained my Bassmaster magazine. In September she bought a new home and I noticed that I stopped getting Bassmaster. Last month when I returned to the States, I called B.A.S.S. and gave them my new address and I asked for a new membership card. I also explained that since my mom had moved I was no longer getting my subscription. Today when I checked my mail, there was an envelope with my new B.A.S.S. membership card and a package with all the magazines  back to September. Thanks, B.A.S.S.! Now I'll be up all night reading!

 

Good to hear, I have always loved Bassmaster mags and now days all you hear is negative stuff about them so its nice to see a positive comment!

Great story and Thank you so much for your service.  Glad to hear some positive comments during a time that seems all Doom and Gloom for the sport and industry that I truely love.  I have always thought that if we all look at the possitive then we stand a better chance of remaining strong through these times.  I believe in the power of positive thinking!

I don't do this enough, but thanks for your service. Being Canadian, we're on the same "team", so to speak. Enjoy your recreation time. You've earned it.

I too have had good experience the couple of times I've had issues with either Bassmaster or Bass Times customer service!

I take BASS Master and Bass Times. They are always easy to deal with and seem concerned that everything work for the customer.
