Hi, my brother and i have been fishing at a local lake near us and we have been killing the bass at the lake with jerkbaits and worms.  At the lake some green slimy moss have been growing on the ground.  We have been throwing worms and jerkbait but we cant get any bite on these baits.  What should we do now?

What area of the country? 

Amazing how people ask for help on their home waters and give us no clue. You could at least tell us where you are and give us a little description of the type of water you are fishing.
