Greetings all!

This will be my first year targeting bass.  I have been out once, and caught a nice 1/2 pound large mouth on a minnow with rattle.  I used to target cats and carp only, and as fun as that may or may not seem to you, I know there are a whole lot more fish to be caught.  I fish in eastern Nebraska, mostly lakes and small ponds.  I look forward to learning alot here.

Walnut Creek, Zorisnky, Standing Bear, Chalco Hills are my usual spots.  Im heading up to Merritt Reservoir for 4 days in May.  I want to get to Branched Oaks, Wagon Train, and Stage Coach.
