When you buy your license , you usually get a rule book for your states regulations.

Go to Google.

Type, "VT Fishing Regs"

Take 1st link listed

Click on "2009 Guide to Hunting, Fishing & Trapping Laws (no maps).pdf"

Turn to p. 94.

The daily limit is 5 bass a minimum of 10" in VT.

10"...... :o....I would have a limit every tournament if that were the case in Michigan, but then so would everyone else....lol

Yeah no kidding lol, I'd almost rather get skunked than show up to a weigh in with 5 10" bass lol, especially if everyone else had a lot of weight  ;D

All the tourney's I have ever fished in VT go by the 12" rule though.

She was asking what the state rules were.  All tournaments in VT are 12" minimum as well.  And if you weigh in a limit of 12" fish on Champlain, you might as well not weigh them.

If you weigh in a limit of 16-18 inch largemouth you might as well not weigh them. ;D

You've got that right  :)
