i went fishing with KyCam and a few friends in a stream and i caught my very first small mouth!

I'm ecstatic!

p.s. IMO pound for pound they're better fighters

Be careful. You are about to enter a whole parallel addiction

Smallmouth baits, smallmouth rods, smallmouth reels, smallmouth trips to smallmouth lakes and rivers, etc.

If you get it really bad largemouth will become almost a disappointment.

It's a great addicition... hope it lasts a lifetime.  

so do i, but form the looks of it, its going to get expensive, i just got back from bass pro and i spent around 30 dollars on some goby's tubes and jig heads and some skitter baits
