Okay so I need the whole kit and caboodle.. I was hoping i would only need to replace my steering cable, but i need the whole unit... ripped mine apart and most of the teeth on the gear thing were busted off... So instead of a 30 dollar expense im going to be paying about 200.. I found a deal on ebay on a new one and it was about 110... 90 bucks less that anywhere else..

The thing is, I measured the cable from tip to tip and it is 13 feet.. whenever I measured the way it says to online, it says to measure the plastic part, add 18 inches, and round up to the nearest foot... when i did this, it was 10feet 11inches.. so It would be 11foot....

so which one do i order? the 11 foot cable? or the 13foot?

the BPS catalog outlines how to measure pretty clearly. you might give that a shot.
