I had a few 1/8 oz ball head jigs left, so I tied some hair (and some marabou) to them.

Going to get some jigs without the plastic keeper... That gets in the way and makes the hair stand up funny. I think they turned out ok though for my second attempts!

Thanks man! I need to get a better vise. Mine is too wide (the clamps) so it's hard to tie small stuff, but it's awesome for jigs like this.

It is addictive. I love to make hybrid bass jigs and spinnerbaits. You just never know what you can come up with, huh?

I actually tried that on one an didn't like it at all. Now slip some crystal flash in the silicone skirt with a zonker strip trailer, now you're in business.

Was going to use that blue for the top, fade some gray and white down the side, put in a chartreuse stripe, then end the bottom completely white with some flash, probably put the flash throughout too. Would make a killer swimjig! Steal that idea if you want, I really don't care haha
