Has anyone on here done the "no hassle warranty " ? If so, what was your experience with the process and how long did it take? Im having problems with mine and would like to know what everyone has to say before I go off and vent.

You should be able to take to where you got it, I think most of it depends on the sellers willingness to cooperate.

If you're having any type of problem with the no hassle warranty on the rod, please give a call directly to the company and let them know what shop you're having a problem with. They will have you taken care of.
