Hello everyone.A friend and I went to Canoe Lake yesterday afternoon after work.We got there at 4 pm and fished till 9 pm.Air temp in the 70's,h20 temp.72-74.Lots of sun and breezy.Water was slightly stained.I caught 8 largemouth from 7" to 17" one real nice Crappie,and a 26" catfish.My friend caught 6 largemouth 7" to 18".All fish were caught on Zoom Baby Brush Hogs,t-rigged.Colors were Watermelon Magic and Green Pumpkin Magic.We had a Great time and I just wanted to share it with you guys.Sorry no pic's

Had another awesome trip to Canoe Creek today.I caught 19 bass,from 12" to 18". Five of the 19 were 18".All fish were caught on Baby Brush Hogs,same as last trip.I know most of you have caught more fish in one outing than this,but for me it's a personal best.Still no pic's,one of these days I'll post some.Just wanted to share a great trip,with my friends at B.R.Thanks Joe

Man, you were killing them today. I knew I should have gone there instead of Duman's Dam. Did catch 3 10-12 inchers there yesterday on spoons.

It's up by Carroltown/Northern Cambria. From Portage, I go out 422 to Belsano, then take 271 North about 4 miles, it is on the right. There will be a sign that says Duman Lake County Park or something similar. Small lake, not much bigger than Lake Rowena, if you are familiar with that. Nice place to take the hip boots and work the weedbeds and stumps.
