Help indentifying lure

Featured Replies

I have a 4 3/4' jerkbait that Ive had for years and on occasion it works this time of year. It has rattles and 3 trebles. The thing that may give it away is the lip and the fin on top of its back that are molded into the body and match the lure color. This specific one is all gold w/orange belly with two round dots on each side.

I have a good picture but because I never post it wont let me attach it.

If someone could email me I'll send it so they can post it... ?

Thanks for your help. GREAT site BTW.

I had a vision. ;-) Actually it just came to me its a SlapStick.

Thanks  Mark

How's it fish?  Just took a peek at them online - I though they only made RattLtraps.  I'm guessing it's similar in quality to a Rouge?

CR, Its a floater with rattles. The odd thing about it is the tail floats below the surface and the nose up...sort of on an angle.

The thing I like is the rattle and the fact that when I twitch it theres alot of action but it doesnt have to be moved much to get it.

I let it sit for 10 seconds or so and then 2 small twitches myself.

Seems to work best in the high 60's it seems.

Hope that helps.

Mark
