Hi, I'm Daniel and I'm new to this forum, but not very new to fishing. Although I'm only 19 years of age, I have been fishing all my life, mostly in small ponds. I have just recently found a love for fishing in bigger waters, such as Briery Creek Lake, and Buggs Island Lake (aka Lake Kerr). I am going river fishing this weekend to see if I can pull in a couple of nice bass. I have not caught many big fish, but I am on the hunt, just like most of us as I would assume. I eventually want to get my own bass boat and a few more rods, reels, and tackle. I would also enjoy competing in some tournaments, perhaps in the near future. For right now though, I just fish for fun with my friends that do have boats, and when I go by myself I just fish from the shore. It's a hard life, I know haha.

I would also like any tips on bass fishing that you are willing to offer. I have recently been really reading up on my stuff, so the bass better be ready!
