They both look pretty sick. Any advice.

The paints sik on both, but it all depends on the action. Try and find some videos online of them swimming and see which one you like more. If it were me I would buy the Reaction Strike, but i dont know why?...just preference, pick one you would want to throw more.

Giron....stay far away from the Reaction Strike stuff or you will end up  :'(

I don't have the Reaction Strike.  But I have a bunch of Girons.  They are decent baits with good actions.  One thing I don't like is that if you retrieve them too fast, they will roll.  I've even seen one roll all the way over.   The Giron requires a moderate speed retrieve.  Stop and go is a good technique.   One think I like a lot is that sink slowly and stay horzontal as they sink.  When they touch botton they stop and rest on their hooks.

i have a bunch of both,the action on the reaction revo bluegill is WAY better then the grion and i never had a problem with them,and for me the fish seem to like the snow white one the best,i do like my grions to but to fast and forget it its doing everything but swimming.

I think Reaction Strike gets a bum rap.  I was told my wooden California Classic sucked.  But it swims extremely well and is holding up well.  I've cast if far more than I was told it would last.  

If my local tackle shop could keep the Bluegills in stock, I'd try one.  Everyone must have heard how bad they suck and bought one themselves just to see.  

i havent fished either one, so i have no "personal" input on the matter.....

the only info is from hearing things on this site........ most all are negative towards the reaction strike swimbaits, mainly concerned with them running on their sides.

if you want to drop a little more $, then i can recommend the mattlures hard gill series...... from personal experience, these baits are truely spectacular...... in appearance, and in action.

you are one of the extremely rare people that didn't have their california classic swell up and crack open like it exploded , those baits are so cheaply made it's ridiculus , sorry Rowland , every one i know has regreted their purchase of them . you got lucky ;D
