Bass tracker, 20 hp merc outboard, runs good, floors were soft so they were removed and started to be put back in, have all matieral and no time to finsh. Comes with trailer. Motor alone is worth 600.

The motor wiring is fine the lights and bilge pumps need redone. Steering is fine needs console to be reattached to the new floor. Has the trolling motor and it works. I never had it in the water to test the gauges. Bill of sale no title

Yea but I am not sure if he meant the title on the boat or trailer....

MA does not need a title for boats 16 feet and less. So I'm assuming he meant the trailer, which is pointless because then i would never be able to get a plate for it.

Definitely check into the title thing. And it needs a lot of work. It's that cheap for a reason.
