Duckett rod, I was pretty impressed with the one I handled. Granted, I have Powell rods and that was not mentioned as an option, but of the other ones mentiond the Duckett really impressed me. I have known a couple people that broke Cumaras though. Good luck with your choice!

Never fished with a Duckett but I have played with em in the store. They feel good, but man they are ugly.

I also own 2 Powells that I like alot, but Im looking for something a step above the Endurance series.

Powell makes a great product, no doubt. I think it's a good looking rod as well. Just busting your chops.
