the other day i picked up a blue fox lure with a ba;sa body and it said made by rapala..then i checked rapalas site and it also said thisim wondering what this means does rapala own blue fox and several other brands or wut??.....thanx in advance

Normark Group owns: Rapala, Storm, Blue Fox, VMC & Terminator.

ok thanx this had me a little confused because i had been fishing blue fox for a while but never knew that until now :D

They also own Luhr Jensen. As far as I know, it's the Rapala VMC Corporation that owns all this stuff and Normark is their North American distributor.

If any of you guys really love Rapala, you can buy their stock on the Finland stock market as they are a publicaly traded company in Europe.

Rapala is also fixing to come out with with some lucky craft knock offs. From what one of there prostaffers told me they have already made some some prototypes of the lures and the guys getting to fish them is having a lot of sucess off them.

If normark is rapala does that mean that they own gamakatsu to? On the back of the gammies package it says normark.
