All I use is JJ's Magic and Mega Strike. So I'm on both ends of the question.

Thick, specifically Megastrike. No dipping, no spraying, no mess.

Megastrike all the way...

I have used JJs Magic but unfortunately, spilled it in my boat and it still smells quite strong. I have actually begun to enjoy the sweet smell of garlic on a beautiful morning.

Ditto....MegaStrike!

Just a hint when applying megastrike or any scent like that... Squeeze a small amout in an empty re-sealable soft plastic bag and it allows you to massage a rigged bait in it prior to fishing without getting it on your hands...

Nice. Great Tip

Pro-Cure is my favorite and I'd consider it goopy?

I'm with Fluke.

MegaStrike (goo)

JJ's (thin)

I like the BANG sprays because they are easy to use. I don't think that they attract fish so much, rather I think that they mask human scent.
